Siphe Mnyaka, our founder, graduated from the University of the Free State with an LLB Degree and was admitted as an attorney in August 2019. Siphe spent most of his career in the entertainment sector and managed several businesses.
Siphe is the Chief Executive Officer of Dipopaai Studios, an animation and gaming company that has won international and local awards in the sector.
Siphe was appointed as an external legal auditor for an international funder and continues to actively participate in seminars and panel discussions concerning the entertainment sector and business.
Siphe has worked on multiple high-profile cases and transactions particularly in the entertainment sector.
He gained most of his experience in the sector from Rosengarten and Feinberg Attorneys as a Candidate Attorney.
Balungile Mnyaka, graduated with a Diploma in Cost Management Accounting at the Durban University of Technology. Balungile assists us with our Bookkeeping.
